We are committed to your satisfaction with our flower bed and balcony arrangement services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
We will work with you to address any concerns about the completed work. This may include adjustments to plant placement, replacement of plants that fail to establish, or other modifications to meet your expectations, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
If plants fail to establish or die within 30 days of installation due to issues with plant quality or installation, we will replace them at no additional cost, provided proper care instructions were followed. Replacement is subject to availability and seasonal factors.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms of your service agreement. Partial refunds may be available for incomplete services or significant deviations from agreed-upon specifications.
For ongoing maintenance services, you may cancel your service agreement with 30 days written notice. Prepaid maintenance services are non-refundable but may be transferable to other services.
